The 30th edition was won in 40:44 and 51:39, and five of the six swimmers on the podium race in the junior categories. Of 490 listed, 315 made it across.

The 30th edition is swum on 19 September. In 2025 it came down to six seconds between a swimmer in his early twenties and one in his sixties, and this year not a single place was left.

The 4 kilometres between Arrecife and Playa Honda were won by a swimmer from the infantil category, aged 13 to 15, in 54:24. In the women's race, Sheila Pulido in 58:46.

The queen distance of Lanzarote's oldest open water swim was won in 14:04, with more than 200 swimmers between La Rocar beach and the ramp of the Real Club Náutico de Arrecife.
