Haría Music Run Night 2026: results of the 4th edition
450 runners across three distances between La Garita beach and Punta Mujeres. Jorge Álvarez Álamo and Nika Svetec took the 10 km of a race that ends with a midnight concert.

The Haría Music Run Night held its fourth edition on the night of Saturday 8 August, with 450 participants across the three distances on the programme. It is organised by the sports department of Haría town hall and Summits Sport Events.
The course runs along the north coast, from La Garita beach, in Arrieta, to Punta Mujeres. Runners on the long distance cover it twice.
10 kilometres
Jorge Álvarez Álamo won in 33:17. Roberto Rojo Martínez came second with 36:01 and Gabriel Acosta Perdomo third with 36:32.

In the women’s race Nika Svetec won with 38:52, ahead of Marta Campmany (39:58) and Maike Döhling (40:29).

Hugo Pérez Robayna set the fastest pace of the night: 15:39 for the 5 km, ahead of Joel Gregorio García Domínguez (16:12) and José Vicente Vizcaíno Sicilia (16:50).
In the women’s race Susan Murnane won with 20:26, followed by Janina Morales Acuña (20:44) and María José Pina Alonso (21:46).

1.6 kilometres, the family race
The short distance was won by Aarón Barrios Salas, in 5:31, and Junon Lariño, in 7:57. Behind Barrios came Diego López (5:33) and Uways El Maymouni Ben Hammou (5:54); behind Lariño, Chloe Nieves Niz (8:06) and Valentina Armas González (8:18).
Two seconds separated the first two in the family distance, which is where the kids and the first-timers run.
What the results sheet does not show
The Music Run Night is not just about the times. The night featured a DJ, a zumba session and the Batucada Guaychara along the course, and ended with a concert by Grupo Jaleo at midnight.
The mayor of Haría summed the edition up by saying that it “confirms that the Haría Music Run is much more than a race, it is a gathering capable of bringing together sport, music, inclusion and community”, and highlighted that “bringing together 450 participants and finishing the day without incident is magnificent news”.

The full results by category are published by the organisers on Sportmaniacs. The cumulative standings of the Music Run Night Series 2026, which add this race to the Puerto del Carmen Music Run Night in April, are kept by Tripasión Eventos.
The other date in the municipality is the Carrera Popular de Haría, which opens the island calendar in January.
